A perfect appeal accentuated by the little red cute dress which is certainly going to be a Valentines Day rage. Amanda Bynes was on the ramp supporting the annual Heart Truth Red Dress Collection which is sponsored by the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute. A noble cause portrayed beautifully by the sexy red hot beauty.
