Bérénice Marlohe will be the next Bond Girl, but will she compare to the sexy on-screen vixens of the past?

Then

Ursula Andress, 76, was original Bond girl in 1962's "Dr. No." As Honey Ryder she memorably emerged from the Caribbean sea with a knife strapped to her swimsuit.

Now
Andress went on to wed and divorce director John Derek, and later dated her famous co-stars Marlon Brando and James Dean. Her iconic bikini sold at auction in 2001 for around $56,000.

Then
Diana Rigg, 73, played Contessa Teresa di Vicenzo aka Tracy Bond in 1969's "On Her Majesty's secret service." She's the only woman James Bond ever married, but she's killed on their wedding day in a drive-by-shooting.

Now
Rigg may have been a famous Bond girl, but she is perhaps best known for her earlier portrayal of Emma Peel in British TV series "The Avengers."

Then
Honor Blackman, 86, portrayed the unfortunately named character Pussy Galore in 1964's "Goldfinger." The character was based on Blanche Blackwell who was considered to be Bond creator Ian Fleming's greatest love.

Now
Like Rigg, Blackman also got her start on "The Avengers" as Cathy Gale. She continues to act and also has a singing career.

Then
Jane Seymore, 61, got her big break in 1973's "Live and Let Die." She was only 22 years old when she played Solitare, Tarot card reader and psychic whose abilities are lost when she loses her virginity to James Bond. Apparently he's that good.

Now
Seymore has been married four times, has four children, and has a very successful career with memorable past roles in "Somewhere in Time" and "Dr, Quinn: Medicine Woman." She's written several books and also collected an Emmy, two Golden Globes, and a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Then
Maud Adams, 67, was a supermodel and one of the most famous women of the 007 franchise. In 1974's "The Man with the Golden Gun" she played Andrea Anders, the mistress of the film's villian, Scaramanga. Adams was such a hit, they asked her back to play the title character in 1983's "Octopussy." Her character was a jewel smuggler and wealthy businesswoman.

Now
Little known fact: Adams also was a visible extra in a third Bond film, 1985's "A View To a Kill."

Then
Barbara Bach, 64, become an international sex symbol playing Russian spy Anya Amasova, Agent XXX, in 1977's "The Spy Who Loved Me."

Now
Bach hasn't acted since the '80s but she did appear in Playboy several times. Don't worry though-she married Ringo Starr of the Beatles so we think she's doing alright.
